At Reach, we offer a varierty of quality, person-centered services for children, teens and adults. We provided services throught Minnesota with the majority being in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.
Adaptive Recreation
Reach offers a variety of recreation programs specifically adapted to meet the needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Employment Supports
This department works in cooperation with different employers to provide a positive work experience for people with disabilities within the community.
Housing Services
Reach provides Housing Stabilization Services and Housing Support – Independent. We help people find independent housing and work with each person to maintain their housing once it is in place.
Inclusion Services
Reach works with area city parks & rec departments to provide an extra staff person at a program when a child, teen or adult with a disability requests additional accommodations to be successful.
TRAIL
TRAIL by Reach provides transportation for adults with developmental disabilities age 22 years old or older, living in certain metro cities. We transport riders to AR&LE programs and a variety of Reach adaptive rec programs.
Counseling
Reach offers individual and group therapy services to adults, adolescents and families of all abilities in need of emotional support. We provide support, guidance, education, resources and connections to others on their journey toward personal growth.
ARMHS
Reach offers a variety of recreation programs specifically adapted to meet the needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In Home Supports
In-Home Supports help adults with developmental disabilities achieve the highest level of self-reliance and integration into their communities.
CMH-TCM
Children’s Mental Health Targeted Case Management assists children diagnosed with a severe emotional disturbance (SED) and their families with assessing, accessing, coordinating, monitoring and planning mental health services.
Case Management
Our case managers work with individuals, their families and current providers to create a person-centered service plan based on the individuals needs.
PCS
Our Parenting Skills Educators teach skills to improve the well-being of the children and families by strengthening parenting abilities, reducing reports of abuse/neglect & preventing out of home placements.
Volunteer
We have many opportunities available on weekends, evenings, or during the day. Volunteers can work directly with clients, assist us with a special skill, serve on our board, or help plan fundraising events.
