Reach Named 2025 Great Workplace in Minnesota
We’re thrilled to share that Reach for Resources has been named one of the 2025 Great Workplaces in Minnesota, earning the #3 spot in the Medium/Large Companies category!
This recognition, presented by Twin Cities Business, MNSHRM, and Best Companies Group, highlights workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and engaged. The selection process was based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected in August, making this honor especially meaningful.
In the award’s first year, hundreds of businesses across the state applied, but only 18 were selected between the Small Business and Medium/Large categories. Reach is especially proud to be the only nonprofit recognized in our category, with just one other nonprofit making the Small Business list.
